What happens when my coach trial ends?
Your account_status becomes 'expired' and posting/messaging are disabled. All your data is kept — just upgrade to re-enable access.
Do district athletes need to pay for recruiting profiles?
No. If your district has the Standard + Recruiting or Large + Recruiting plan, all athletes in that district get free recruiting profile access automatically.
Are college coaches really always free?
Yes. College coaches can search profiles, view athlete pages, and message — no payment ever required.
What is the difference between Standard and Large district plans?
Standard includes 1 admin + 4 coach accounts at $100/yr — saving $44 over 4 individual Coach Plans at $36 each ($144 total). Large includes 1 admin + 8 accounts at $250/yr — saving $38 over 8 individual plans ($288 total).
Can I upgrade my district plan later?
Yes. Contact support or go to your billing page to upgrade your district plan at any time. Program count carries over.
